After 25 years in corporate, including finance/banking, entrepreneurship, sales, and marketing, Lisa shifted to a more purpose-led path and the founding of Lighthouse Ventures, which has the faith-driven mission to raise global consciousness and positively impact as many people as possible through content, coaching, consulting, and other collaborative projects. By combining her deep faith, passionate commitment to serve God's Kingdom, and desire to share her natural gifts, skills, and experience, she connects to people on a deep enough level and articulates messages in a powerful enough way to create true transformation. You will experience a positive shift by being in her infectious presence and energy, and she loves nothing more than to pass on her spiritual tools, and practical insights to like-minded souls who can benefit. ** Bio **

Lisa Peier is the Director of Partnerships at Evolve Foundation and Healing Breakthrough (a 501c3), and she is the former Chief Investment Officer of A-Rod Corp, where she oversaw venture investments, brand equity partnerships, and licensing deals for both Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez. She joined A-Rod Corp in 2019 from Hilton & Hyland Real Estate in Beverly Hills, where she was a top producer in residential property sales, representing high net worth buyers and sellers on the Westside of Los Angeles. Prior to real estate, Lisa was partner and Senior Luxury Goods Equity Analyst at Redburn Partners based in London. Lisa started her career in institutional sales at Fidelity Investments and worked as an equity research analyst at JPMorgan in New York. She holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a B.A. from Boston College. Lisa is a competitive figure skater (2018 USFSA Adult National champion), and also loves to ski, read, and travel. She lives with her family in Park City, Utah. 

Lisa's unshakeable faith is the center of her work and mission. She invests her time sharing knowledge and wisdom through her writing, workshops, conferences, and speaking engagements (Lisa is available as a guest speaker remotely and in-person).

Lisa is available to work with teams, families, groups, or any type of organization looking to create a more conscious, prosperous culture. The #1 focus is always RESULTS. She is wired for and highly attuned to the "bottom line", within the context of faith and the bigger picture.
